We are seeking passionate and result-driven professionals to join our team in the following role:

MANAGER PRODUCT QUALITY AUDIT

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
• 7-10 years of experience in the similar capacity (preferably in fashion apparel/textile industry)
• Good knowledge of quality control standards

Job Scope: Manager Product Quality Audit is responsible for but not limited to

• Plan and conduct periodic quality audits across production lines and warehouse stock to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor and evaluate product quality at various stages of production and prior to dispatch.
• Coordinate with Production teams to resolve quality issues before final dispatch.
• Monitor the Retail Complaints Portal daily to ensure timely resolution of quality-related concerns.
• Manage product costing by reviewing samples and costing sheets against the traKR system.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies to improve product reliability and reduce defects.
