Position : IT Support Engineer

LOCATION: DR. ZIAUDDIN HOSPITAL, SUKKUR CAMPUS

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Set up and troubleshoot user accounts and permissions.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Document support activities, solutions, and procedures for knowledge sharing.
• Assist in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Professional Qualification: Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus.

Experience: 2 to 5 Years.

KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCIES:

• Proven experience in providing technical support in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
