We are hiring a CRM Campaign Executive!
Job Responsibilities:
- Establish and configure customer segmentation, triggers, tags, journeys, and both static and dynamic content within the CRM strategy.
- Developing and implementing email/SMS/ WhatsApp automation strategies for multiple countries.
- Building and deploying automated email and omni-channel campaign journeys in the CRM platform.
- Developing and/or implementing AB testing strategies for email creative/ WhatsApp templates, applying learnings to future campaigns as needed.
- Providing regular journey performance reports to appropriate stakeholders
Testing and troubleshooting all journeys to ensure proper rendering of all campaigns. - Designing and coding custom journey creative and email templates.
- Following established approvals process for all designed collateral, applying changes as requested by business stakeholders, and ensuring final creative assets meet their deadline.
- Monitor key performance metrics, such as user open rates, click rates, frequency, retention rates, and develop plans to address any issues.
