Job Brief:
- Greet, Guide delegates, VIP’s guests and ensure customer delight with excellent customer services.
- Handle customer complaints, visitors feedback and facilitate in improvement plans.
- Coordinate tenants and facilitate their day to day administrative requirements to ensure optimum service levels.
- Facilitate to upkeep lobby operations and to ensure smooth visitor operations.
Specification:
- Minimum Graduate
- Excellent communication (Verbal & Written)
- Pleasant personality
- Preferably from hospitality background with 3-4 years of experience
