EXECUTIVE ENGINEER – PRODUCTION
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing support in managing all production activities including assembly, machine and maintenance operations, implementation of Toyota production System.
- Ensures production activities are timely completed with established quality standard & procedures.
- Supervises production quality, including inspection & testing of Products, identifies/resolve problems.
- Train and coach employees on current production methods & methods to improve performance & productivity.
- Manages resources efficiently and reduces overheads.
- Regulates work flow to enhance productivity.
Qualification & Experience:
- BE in Industrial Manufacturing from a reputable institute with 1-3 years’ experience in relevant field with a manufacturing company.
Skills:
- Effective Communication, interpersonal, management techniques & leadership with good working knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD.
