EXECUTIVE ENGINEER – PRODUCTION

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing support in managing all production activities including assembly, machine and maintenance operations, implementation of Toyota production System.
• Ensures production activities are timely completed with established quality standard & procedures.
• Supervises production quality, including inspection & testing of Products, identifies/resolve problems.
• Train and coach employees on current production methods & methods to improve performance & productivity.
• Manages resources efficiently and reduces overheads.
• Regulates work flow to enhance productivity.

Qualification & Experience:

• BE in Industrial Manufacturing from a reputable institute with 1-3 years’ experience in relevant field with a manufacturing company.

Skills:

• Effective Communication, interpersonal, management techniques & leadership with good working knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD.
