Position: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Administration
Responsibilities: Ensure provision of effective & efficient administrative support & services for smooth & hassle free operations by leading, managing, & reporting of support services i.e. housekeeping, canteen, fleet, security, event management etc.
Principal Functions:
- Coordinate with departments, contractors and venders as per requirement.
- Ensure timely, efficient & proactive execution of all administrative projects/ assignments.
- Conduct periodic reviews of all existing policies, procedures SLAs, work instructions & SOPs.
- Plan, coordinate & improve administrative procedures and systems.
- Ensure staff performance & provide coaching & guide to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Monitor expenses & budget.
Qualifications & Experience: Minimum graduate, preferably MBA from a reputable institute with minimum 6 years’ relevant experience with manufacturing companies.
Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal & leadership skills, with good working knowledge of MS Office. Must be proficient with Office Automation Tools.
