- Design seasonal collections focusing on menโs ethnic wear, especially shalwar kameez, kurta pajama, and formal eastern wear
- Research and incorporate local and global fashion trends in menโs eastern clothing
- Create mood boards, design sketches, and detailed tech packs
- Oversee fabric selection, trims, embroidery detailing, and styling
- Coordinate closely with sampling and production teams for design execution
- Ensure all designs meet the brandโs standards of fit, quality, and aesthetics
- Recommend appropriate embellishments and embroidery placements for menโs formal wear
๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
- Bachelorโs degree in Fashion Design or a related field
- Minimum 2โ3 years of experience in designing menโs ethnic and formal eastern wear
- A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in shalwar kameez, kurta, waistcoats, and embroidered formal pieces
- Sound knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, tailoring techniques, and embroidery applications
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Understanding of production processes, seasonal timelines, and trend forecasting
