- Upload, update, and edit product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing on the website and other e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure all online content is accurate, visually appealing, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Monitor website performance, identify errors or issues, and coordinate with the IT/technical team for timely resolution.
- Maintain inventory accuracy on online platforms in coordination with the warehouse and supply chain teams.
- Support the execution of promotional campaigns, discounts, and special offers on the website.
- Coordinate with the design/marketing team for banners, product images, and promotional content.
- Track, analyze, and report on website traffic, sales performance, and customer behavior.
- Ensure timely product launches and seasonal collection updates.
- Stay updated with e-commerce trends and recommend improvements for better customer experience.

- Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 2โ4 years of experience in e-commerce operations/website management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and working knowledge of e-commerce platforms, Shopify
