𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Conduct internal audits of financial and operational processes.
- Assess compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Identify risks and recommend process improvements.
- Prepare and present audit reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure corrective actions are implemented.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in retail.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
