We are looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of 𝐇𝐑 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

-Oversee and manage the payroll processing for assigned locations, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of salaries and benefits.
-Coordinate with the finance team to ensure smooth integration of payroll data.
-Handle payroll-related queries and discrepancies effectively.
-Ensure that all payroll processes and HR activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
-Ensure adherence to internal HR policies, procedures, and processes.
-Conduct regular audits of payroll and HR practices to identify and rectify any discrepancies.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee payroll data, tax documents, and other related information.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

-Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Proven experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
-Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws.
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
-Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
-Strong organizational and time management skills.

𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 / 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐮𝐭𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 – 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭

𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 / 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including general ledger management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Monitor financial performance, including variance analysis and budget comparisons.
Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
Support the preparation of tax filings and other regulatory submissions.
Assist in the development and implementation of financial controls and procedures.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

ACCA finalist or CA (Chartered Accountant) qualification (completed or near completion).
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
