Key Accountabilities:

• To smoothly manage operations, production planning and team.
• To implement and manage WCM, ISO Management systems.
• To effectively manage production supplies and SF Stocks.
• Ability to positively impact EHS Culture change through sustained, continuous implementation of improvement plans.
• To execute new projects & initiatives for waste, efficiency and quality improvements.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors:

• B.Sc/ BS Chemical/ Polymer/ Industrial Engineering with 4-5 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of processing and production of printing inks.
• Good Interpersonal Skills and Team player.
• Administration and management of white and blue collared staff.
• EHS and Tools related to GMPs, WCM (RCA, Why-Why, 5W1H, time and motion study)
