Job Title: Lead Proposal Engineer
Purpose:
- Responsible for preparation of competitive techno-commercial proposals to meet business generation targets set by Management.
- Review RFQs/ITBs, prepare scope of work & deliverables and ensure timely submission of proposals.
- Conduct site visits pre-bid and post-bid clarifications and participates in negotiations with customers for projects award.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering:
Experience: 8-10 years of relevant experience
Requirements
- Responsible for preparation and timely submission of Technically and commercially competitive proposals without missouts.
- Knowledge Requirements:
- EPC Proposals/tenders
- Automation Industry
- DCS, PLCs, BMS, Instrumentation
- Knowledge of Contractual terms and conditions
- Knowledge of risk identification and mitigation.
- Good commercial knowledge (procurement, logistics)
- Good Estimation skills
- Good negotiation skills

Job Title: Lead Application Engineer
Experience: 7- 8 Years
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering
Purpose:
- Responsible for carrying out engineering, detailed design and system selection for DCS, PLCs & SCADA systems on both proposals and projects.
- Take lead on the technical aspects of the projects and handle projects independently from start to finish.
- Carry out FAT, SAT, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning on projects and arrange closure of punch items and sign-off from customers.
Job Description:
This position is responsible for the following;
- Engineering, detailed design and selection of BOM for DCS, PLCs, SCADA
- Provide technical support to proposals in the finalization of deliverables.
- Site surveys and data collection.
- Optimize design to save costs on proposals and projects.
- Independently handle technical scope on projects from start to finish.
- Conducting factory acceptance tests and closure of punch items.
- Site acceptance test, pre-commissioning and commissioning.
- Handle Annual Maintenance Contracts.
Knowledge Requirements:
- Automation Industry
- Siemens Control system knowledge and hands-on experience (S7-1200, S7-1500 & PCS-7)
- Siemens WinCC SCADA knowledge and hands-on experience
- Should have executed 3,4 projects on Siemens control systems, preferably PCS-7.
