Title: Manager Proposals / Projects
Duty of Station: DHQ- PDIL
Requirements: Graduate Engineer Chemical / MBA
Skills: Strong knowledge of Gas Processing equipment like Separations, Gas Sweetening, Gas De-hydration, HCDP, Oil Stabilization, LPG extraction, etc.
Experience: 10 years, experience in Oil & Gas, Project Organization proposals & Contracts.

Job description:
Scope + Responsibilities.
- Proposal preparation, Cost estimation, Development of project charter and budgets, Project planning & controlling, Procurement management, Project reporting, Risk management, Contracts management, construction/fabrication management.
- Preparation of bids ensuring technical completeness, fulfilling requirements of the engineering standards and that they are according to the company standard formats and strategies for preparation of a technically sound and competitive proposal.
- Ensure complete understanding of the inquiry document & assign work properly to various departments for getting correct and timely inputs.
- Proposal risks identification.
- Compilation of proposal according to ITB requirements.
- Undertake gathering of data for resolution of all technical & engineering issues requiring clarification to ensure that proposal is without ambiguity.
- Assist in verification of suppliers and vendor quotes to ascertain technical & commercial viability.
- Timely management review & approval of pricing strategy.
Position:Engineer Contracts
The desired candidate will be responsible for undertaking the following: –
Responsibilities:
- Good knowledge of construction business process.
- Knowledge of planning function will be an added advantage.
- Fair knowledge of contracts terms and conditions, contractual terminologies, and contracts management function in construction industry.
- Good communication skills especially to be good in drafting letters.
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelors in Engineering.
- Minimum Experience: 3-4 years of relevant experience with understanding of Engineering/Maintenance industry.
