Weโre Hiring: HR Generalist | Location: Lahore
Descon Engineering is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Generalist to join our team in Lahore.
The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with SAP HCM and Decibel HRM, along with a strong understanding of Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, and cross-functional HR operations. This role requires a strategic HR mindset with a focus on HR Business Partnering and agile thinking to support evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Leading end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Driving employee engagement and positive workplace culture
Managing HR operations via SAP HCM and Decibel HRM
Supporting workforce planning and talent development
Partnering with business units to align HR initiatives with strategy
Applying agile thinking to address complex HR challenges
Overseeing employee records, appraisals, and compliance
What Weโre Looking For:
3โ5 years of relevant HR experience in an engineering setup
Strong command of SAP HCM and Decibel HRM
Proven expertise in employee engagement and talent acquisition
HR business partnering capabilities and strategic HR delivery
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask effectively
Education:
Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field
