Biscuit Chef
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Follow standardized recipes to prepare biscuit doughs. • Measure and mix ingredients in precise proportions for large-scale biscuit production. • Monitor baking time and temperature to ensure consistency and quality. • Ensure Biscuits/Cake Rusk meet defined standards in terms of texture, taste, appearance, and shelf life. • Inspect raw ingredients and finished products for quality, consistency, and safety. • Report any machine faults or quality issues. • Maintain and clean baking equipment regularly to ensure operational efficiency and safety. • Collaborate with other production staff, quality control and engineering teams.
Eligibility criteria: • 3-5 Years manufacturing experience of Cake Rusk, Biscuits, Cookies and Muffins etc. • Relevant Diploma/Certification
