WE ARE HIRING! Assistant Manager – Account Payables (Shared Services)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payments.

• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies.

• Supervise AP team and provide guidance on day-to-day operations.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.

• Prepare ageing reports and support month-end/year-end closing activities.

• Identify and implement process improvements in the AP function.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and handle escalated vendor queries.

Eligibility criteria:

• MBA (Finance), ICMA, CA (Finalist), CPA, or CMA with 10+ years of relevant experience.

• Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills is mandatory.
