DariMooch is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Barber Shop Manager to lead daily operations at our Lahore location. The ideal candidate will oversee staff performance, ensure service excellence, and manage shop profitability while upholding the high standards of the Dari Mooch brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of the barbershop, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service
Supervise and support barbers and support staff to maintain high grooming and hygiene standards
Handle scheduling, staff rosters, and performance evaluations
Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment
Address customer queries and complaints professionally
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies
Track sales and contribute to achieving monthly revenue targets
Implement marketing initiatives in collaboration with the head office
Requirements:
Proven experience in a managerial role within a salon or grooming business
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Customer-first mindset with attention to service quality
Knowledge of grooming trends, products, and tools
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
