Position : Quantity Surveyor
Join Daewoo Express as a Quantity Surveyor in our Construction Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately calculate materials, labor, and equipment for residential, multistory, and Maintenance projects.
- Develop Bills of Quantities (BOQs), verify quantities, and prepare cost estimates for budgeting.
- Oversee structural and finishing works, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Prepare, review, and interpret structural drawings using AutoCAD, ensuring precise execution of construction plans.
- Prepare BBS, reinforcement details, and ensure compliance with structural integrity requirements.
- Conducting quantity take-offs and measurements for construction materials.
Requirements
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE)
- 10-12 years of experience in civil engineering, including quantity surveying and site supervision
