Job Title: Personal Assistant to Chief Financial Officer
Location: Head Office, Karachi
Age: 28-40 years
Education and/or Qualifications: Graduate
Experience: Minimum two years in similar capacity (military service is preferred)
Salary Range (PKR): Market Compatible

Job Description
- Preparing/updating daily schedule of CFO.
- Maintaining CFO’s personal/official calendar of activities.
- Maintaining CFO’s office and making arrangements for CFO’s guests/meetings.
- Carrying out all indoor/outdoor, personal/official activities assigned by the CFO.
- Drafting any letter/email/presentation and scanning and/or photocopying any document required by CFO.
- Managing all incoming/outgoing calls.
- Managing CFO’s travel and lodging arrangements (including visa application) for international/domestic trips.
- Maintaining proper record of all CFO’s taxable transactions, zakat payments and donations made.
- Managing all official and personal records of CFO.
- Managing department/staff coordination.
- Supporting treasury operations.
