REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Media, Film, Communication, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Video Content Creator, Videographer, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of lighting, sound, and camera operation.
- Creativity and storytelling ability with a strong eye for detail.
- Familiarity with social media algorithms and video engagement strategies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement content strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage content calendar and workflow.
- Oversee the creation and editing of high-quality content (articles, blogs, social media posts, videos).
- Ensure content is SEO-friendly and optimized for maximum reach.
- Monitor content performance, track KPIs, and generate reports for continuous improvement.
- Engage with the audience across platforms to foster community and brand loyalty.
- Work with marketing, design, and social media teams to ensure cohesive content execution.
