Job Title: Assistant Manager – HR
Location: Karachi
We are looking for a highly motivated Assistant Manager to join our HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the HR department and ensuring that all HR functions are carried out efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment and selection process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Provide support for employee relations issues.
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs.
- Conduct research and provide recommendations on HR best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
