Job Identification : Supply Chain Associate – Warehouse

Mission Statement:

Responsible for all warehousing activities at plant and sales centre. Responsible for efficiently managing and reconciliation of all inventory of Full Goods, Empty related items. Leading and managing Warehouse operations at his respective location in a safe, efficient and cost effective manner, ensuring customer focus and meeting company’s requirements. To ensure efficient utilization of available resources in warehousing department. To manage all warehousing operation within available budgets to make it profitable at the end.

Main Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations at respective location.
Coordinating and supporting Warehouse Managers for stock transfer activity of Finished Goods.
Efficient services to our entire customers like procurement / productions / sales and transport contractors.
To manage required inventory levels at respective warehouse of territory.
To ensure counting and re-conciliation of all filled stocks produced / received from other plants as well.
To ensure counting and re-conciliation of all empty stocks received from other market and supplier as well.
To ensure counting and re-conciliation of all raw material received from other territories, Production and new mat from suppliers as well.
To ensure efficient off-loading of vehicles from distributors / other plants / raw materials as well.
To support warehouse manager to meet business KPI’s related to Warehouse operations.
To effectively control product losses/damages (wastages) & Shortages as per set standards during product storage/handling.
To ensure maximum space utilization by using best warehouse practices and product stacking as well.
To ensure efficient utilization of allocated head count resources at plant / sales centre warehouse.
To ensure 100 % execution of product transfer plan on daily basis. Apply
