We are Hiring ASSISTANT MANAGER CUSTOMER CARE
Looking for a dynamic and vibrant individual, preferably female, to lead customer care function of our brand management team.
Qualification:
At least Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education), preferably BBA/MBA/Masters in Marketing Relevant professional experience: at least 5-6 years; with proven track record of customer care; handling customer complaints, taking customer feedback to improve internal processes, compiling and reporting on customer feedback and complaints; coordinating with sales team to resolve customer issues and complaints; monitoring UAN performance, and analyzing results for effective execution.
Skill-set:
Should be very well conversant with MS Office (especially MS Excel); should have excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills; Market driven salary shall be offered to selected candidate.

Have knowledge of microbial testing of water, how to clear microbial load in water if present, environmental monitoring, C.I.P validation and documentation related external audit
