Positions: Deputy Manager Accounts & Finance
Job Description: To assist Manager Accounts and Finance in discharging following functions:
- To prepare monthly production reports along with reconciliation;
- To prepare daily, fortnightly and monthly income and expense report;
- To prepare final accounts for external audit;
- To be responsible for maintaining complete books of accounts for management and auditors as per statutory and company’s requirements;
- To secure cash inflow and outflow from all work sites (work in progress) as per prescribed policy and process of the company;
- To prepare cash flow forecast on monthly basis;
- To be responsible for control of company’s petty cash as per prescribed policy and procedure;
- To monitor, track and follow-up of accounts receivables and accounts payables;
- To be responsible for timely payments to numerous suppliers as per prescribed process of the company;
- To ensure that all payments and receipts are made according to prescribed company policy and procedure and according to agreed upon terms and conditions made with suppliers;
- To be responsible for overall control of bank and cash transactions and their reconciliations thereof;
- To perform any other duty assigned by Manager Account & Finance or Group CFO;
Job Specification :
Educational Qualification: At least CA (Inter)
Work Experience: At least 5-6 years post article relevant experience Apply
