Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Working with various departments within the company to pull together resources for sales presentations when needed
- Taking the lead on organizing the resources necessary to put together effective sales presentations
- Ensuring the inventory of custom sales presentation materials such as presentation folders and brochures is always up to date
- Utilizing company resources to develop a filing system that keeps all active sales files available digitally and in hard copy form
- Acting as the primary customer service contact for clients who have questions about our products or their accounts
Sales Coordinator Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in business administration
- Certification in marketing or sales
- Experience as a sales coordinator is a plus
- Superb problem-solving skills and strategic thinking
- Excellent communication skills
