We Are HIRING Renovation Executive
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with vendors to keep track and control of schedules of maintenances deadlines
- Follow-up with different vendors to address site issues and to ensure timely rectifications within budget.
- Keep record of maintenance activities at Head Office, CWS and Retail Shops
- Ensure purchase orders are being processed timely prior to work and payment processes for seamless maintenance activities.
- Assignment and resolution of maintenance queries raised by retail shops on maintenance portal
- Assign suitable vendors for maintenance purposes on priority.
Requirement
- Education: BS / MS Civil Engineering / DAE Civil
- Experience: 4-6 (Relevant in retail sales)
