The candidates must meet the qualification/experience/age limit as detailed below:

Stenographer (Scale 15)

Qualification:
- Intermediate in 2nd Division.
- A speed of at least 80 wpm in shorthand and 40 wpm typing/writing (English).
- At least 60 wpm in Urdu shorthand and 25 wpm typing/writing.
- Knowledge of computers preferred.
Age: 18-25 years.
Number of Posts: 5 (Quota: Men=1, Women=1, Minorities=1, Board Employees=1)

Security Supervisor (Scale 14)

Qualification:
- Retired Subedar from armed services.
Age: 35-50 years.
Number of Posts: 1

Data Entry Operator (Scale 15)

Qualification:
- B.Sc. / B.A with computer science or equivalent with typing speed of 30 wpm or 10000 key depressions per hour on computer.
- F. Sc. / F. A second division or equivalent with typing speed of 45 wpm or 15000 key depressions per hour on computer.
- Knowledge and skill in MS Office, Word processing, Spread Sheet Development, and composing, with one year of experience in the same discipline.
- Preference for those with one year post-graduate/intermediate diploma or degree in computer science.
Age: 18-25 years.

Jr. Hardware Technician (Scale 11)

Qualification:
- Diploma of Associate Engineer in computer/computer information technology/IT hardware with one year of experience in the relevant field.

Jr. Clerk (Scale 11)

Qualification:
- Secondary School Certificate (2nd division) from a recognized Board.
- A speed of 25 wpm typing in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or any other compatible office application.
- Condition of 45% marks waived off in case of higher academic qualification for both direct recruitment and promotion cases.
Age: 18-25 years.

Telephone Operator (Scale 07)

Qualification:
- Matric with a certificate of Telephone Operator issued by Telephone Inspectorate or its equivalent along with one year of experience.

- Matric with two years of experience as a Generator Operator.

Qualification:

Qualification:

Qualification:

Qualification:
- Matric with a certificate of plumber issued by the Govt. Vocational Institute/equivalent.

Qualification:
- Certificate of having passed the 8th class.
Age: 18-25 years.

Cook Helper (Scale 02)

Qualification:
- Literate with knowledge of the job.
Age: 18-30 years.
Number of Posts: 1

Nabi Qasid (Scale 01)

Qualification:
- Literate and healthy.
Age: 18-25 years.
Number of Posts: 15 (Quota: Men=10, Women=2, Minorities=1, Board Employees=1)

Chowkidar (Scale 01)

Qualification:
- Literate with knowledge of the job. Ex-military men will be preferred.
Age: 18-25 years.
Number of Posts: 5 (Quota: Men=4, Board Employees=1)

Mali (Scale 01)

Qualification:
- Literate with knowledge of the job.
Age: 18-30 years.
Number of Posts: 1

Test Fee for written, skill and Trade Test can be paid via 1 Link 1 Bill Participating Banks / ATMs / Internet Banking / Mobile Banking / EasyPaisa / JazzCash/TCS Express Counters using 20 Digits Invoice Number generated in your fee slip.
The candidates shall submit hard copy of duly filled online application form along with required attested documents i.e. 2 attested recent passport size photos, attested copy of educational certificates and domicile to NTS Headquarters (BISE Rawalpindi Project), Plot #96, street #04, Sector H-8/1, Islamabad in due time.
Application forms improperly, incomplete, without proof of copy of fee submission and submitted by hand will not be entertained.
Only online filled Applications Forms within due date will be entertained. Hand written Application Forms will not be entertained.
Separate Application Form must be sent for every post in case of applying for more than one post.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Applicant must have Domicile of Punjab Province.
General Age Relaxation (General) (2) No age up to 05 years for male and 8 years for female will be applicable to candidates as per Punjab Govt. policy.
10 years age relaxation is applicable in case of disable persons as per Punjab Govt. rules and the candidate will have to submit disability certificate duly issued by concerned Competent Authority/Board.
The Employee of Local Government will be considered as Board Employee.
Age will be calculated w.e.f. closing date submission as shown in application through proper channel.
As per Govt. of Punjab rules, 15% quota for female, 03% quota for Disable, 5% quota for minorities and 20% quota for children of the BISE RWPP employees/retired employees working in BISE RWP is also reserved.
Applicant having experience in relevant field of reputed institution/organization shall be preferred.
Competent Authority has right to increase/decrease the number of posts or cancel any category without assigning any reason.
