RECRUITMENT ON CONTRACT BASIS

The Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) intends to hire/recruit suitable individuals for 303 vacant posts ranging from SPS-01 to SPS-04. These positions are available at BISP HQ Islamabad and its field offices located across Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, AJK, and GB. The recruitment is on a contract basis for a period of one year, extendable subject to requirement and satisfactory performance.

Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum Primary Pass
- Must possess a valid LTV/HTV driving license
Age Limit: 18-30 years

Chowkidar (SPS-01):

- Sindh: 62 (General: 51, Women: 07, Minority: 04)

Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum Primary Pass with good physical health
- Ex-servicemen will be given preference

Naib Qasid (SPS-01):

Age Limit: 18-25 years
Posts Reserved for Differently Abled Persons: 12

How to Apply:

Eligible candidates who fulfill the above-mentioned criteria must apply online through the prescribed “Application Form” available on the BISP official website (www.bisp.gov.pk) within fifteen days of the publication of this advertisement, i.e., by 6th September 2024. Hard copies of applications or documents and applications received through email will not be acceptable.
Candidates should fill out the application form carefully, ensuring accurate entries of personal particulars such as name, CNIC No., domicile, educational qualifications, religion, gender, nature of disability (for posts reserved for differently abled persons), date of birth, and functional phone number.
A separate online application form must be used to apply for more than one post.
Candidates must apply only for posts reserved for their province/region. For BISP HQ, only Islamabad/Rawalpindi domicile holders are eligible.
Incomplete applications, applications received after the closing date, or those submitted through postal/courier services or by hand will not be entertained.

General Instructions:

Only shortlisted candidates will be required to compete in a written/skill test/interview as required by BISP.
Age relaxation in the upper age limit will be granted as per Government Rules.
Age will be calculated up to the last date of submission of application forms.
Government employees must apply through the proper channel.
At the time of final selection, candidates will be examined by the authorized Civil Surgeon of the Federal Government.
In case of fake/bogus/non-verification of domicile certificates, the appointment letter will not be issued.
The character and antecedents documents of selected candidates will be verified. In case of incorrect/false information or a criminal record, the selection will be withdrawn/cancelled, and legal/departmental proceedings will also be initiated against the candidate.
Original documents will be checked at the time of the interview. Candidates applying against the Minority/Disabled quota must produce relevant certificates/documentary proof.
A valid driving license will be checked at the time of the interview.
Upon selection, candidates must serve anywhere in Pakistan, particularly in the domicile of their province.
BISP reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts or cancel/withdraw the recruitment at any stage due to any administrative issue/reason.
Candidates will be informed about test/interview schedules through SMS/BISP Website. No separate intimation will be made. Candidates are advised to keep their given mobile number operational during the recruitment process.
No TA/DA will be granted for written/skill tests/interviews.
