Key Responsibilities:

• Assist and guide prospective students through the admission process.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls to address queries and concerns.
• Build strong relationships with students and parents, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
• Meet recruitment targets while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in student counseling or call center roles (preferred).
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
• Passion for education and helping students succeed.

Location: Head Office – Banigala, Islamabad
