JOB DESCRIPTION

The role involves managing fixed assets and IT inventory processes, encompasses QR-tagging, GRN-wise asset tracking, physical verification, surplus asset management, stakeholder coordination, and compliance with fixed asset policies. Proficiency in ERP Oracle systems and project management is essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• QR-tagging and tracking of assets (GRN-wise)
• Managing surplus assets effectively
• Conducting physical verification of assets
• Coordinating with stakeholders for seamless processes
• Developing QR-tagging screens
• Overseeing project management activities
• Working with ERP Oracle-based systems
• Ensuring adherence to fixed asset policies
