JOB DESCRIPTION
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and source suppliers accordingly & Manage vendor payments, project deliverables, and procurement-related risks.
- Conduct procurement activities in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, evaluate suppliers, and monitor vendor performance.
- Track and maintain inventory levels, ensuring timely availability of materials.
- Prepare and present procurement reports for decision-making and analysis.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Undertake special tasks or projects assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree, 1-2 years procurement & supply chain experience
- Purchasing & supplier evaluation expertise
- Strong negotiation skills
- MS Excel & MSGP proficiency
- Budgeting & financial tracking experience
