𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 for its Islamabad store.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
o Will be responsible for complete supervision of store.
o Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff .
o Dealing with customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.
o Will be responsible to increase sales and enhance customer service.
o Maximizing profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so.
o Training of staff on regular basis.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

o 5 – 7 years of experience in a well – known retail brand in a similar capacity.
o People, operations management and customer management skills are must.
o Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
o Strong analytical and data management skills.
