Position: 01
Location: HO, Karachi.
Job Description:
- First Line of support for receiving complaints documenting requirements and solving them in the coordination of IT – Head.
- Do the AX Dynamics production environment task assigned to IT department like (Sales Posting, Customer Data extraction, etc.)
- Help IT- Head in Functional specification document for the requirements from different departments and configure the system accordingly.
- In case of vendor involved needs to document system/solution delivery, coordinate with the vendor team on day to day basis and get the task assigned work done.
Requirements:
- BS / MS (Computer Science) from a reputable university.
- Certification in Dynamics (or working in a similar capacity)
- Development experience
- Soft Skills (written/verbal communication)
