Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Bachelors
- Oversee inventory management according to company guidelines.
- Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct amount of items are in stock.
- Maintain updated and accurate records of stock, inventory, including transfers and cycle counts.
- Review documentation and monitor product codes to search for discrepancies.
- Troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records.
- Prepare, generate, and file financial inventory reports; review reports monthly with management.
- Creates and maintains accurate written procedures for the primary inventory control functions and processes, ensuring accuracy and integrity of the stock management.
- Co-ordination, communication and organizational skills required.
Experience: 2 to 3 years
