o Will be responsible for complete supervision of designated sections.
o Will be responsible to increase sales and enhance customer services.
o Training of staff on a regular basis.
o Train new hires on the standards and procedures of the company.
o From how to handle a negative customer experience to how to properly interact with customers.
o Ensure visual merchandising according to the companyโs requirements.
o Lead the team and sections under one department.
๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐:
o 6 โ 8 years of experience in a well โ known #Retail brand.
o ๐๐๐ฎ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง: Minimum Graduation.
o People, operations management, & customer management skills are must.
o Strong fluency with Excel formulas & functions.
o Excellent communication, interpersonal & leadership skills.
