BachaaParty is looking to hire skilled & experienced candidate for the position of CRO.
Responsibilities:
· Customer-Centric approach while facilitating customers, to deliver a WOW factor.
· Deliver class apart customer experience as measured by performance objectives and under the core values of our organization.
· Being able to communicate effectively in a fast-paced, written medium clearly and concisely while also responding with the correct answers in limited interruption.
· Work towards achieving first contact resolution.
· Efficient multitasking skill with “Problem-solving” and “Can-Do” attitude.
· Ensure all customers are catered with exceptional Customer Experience.
Requirements:
· Minimum Bachelors in Business / Marketing related field.
· Must have at least 1-2 years of Customer Services experience.
· Excellent verbal and communication.
· A focused individual and a team player.
· Experience in Ecommerce Customer Services will be a plus.
