Attock Petroleum Limited, a leading Oil Marketing Company is looking for Executive HSE who has 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.

Education: Bachelors in Engineering preferably in Chemical and Mechanical.
Candidates having NEBOSH / OSHA Certification will be preferred.
No. of Positions: One (1)
Responsible for assisting the site management and guide staff in the implementation of procedures, standards, framings and safety as outlined in the APL’s safety management system at terminal site.

Job Description

Assist the site management and guide sub-ordinates in the development & implementation of procedures, standards, training, and safe works as outlined in the APL’s safety management system at the terminal site.
Ensure compliance with all applicable HSE standards, and government regulations, improve and implement safety direction, and deliver of training and programs at the terminal site.
Maintain site OSHA statistics for the terminal.
Prepare & maintain all HSE-related report/documentation i.e. monthly reports, incident reports, and audit/inspection reports etc
Reporting and investigating the cause of any incident/accident (minor incident/accident, near miss, and property damage), and recommending means of preventing recurrence. Such reports shall be forwarded to management and relevant parties.
Ensure implementation & compliance with the following programs at all levels;
Contingency / Emergency Response Plan
Health and safety procedures compliance
Assessment of potential hazards and risk assessment of terminals and equipment.
Assist I/C HSE for procurement & replenishment of safety-related items and maintaining enough level of all required safety equipment & consumables.
Ensure his/her subordinates are adequately trained & fully aware of their roles and responsibilities in order for them to perform all assigned tasks.
Timely inform higher management about any discrepancy in any system.
Liaison with other support service providers for efficient services.
