ATCO is hiring Utilities & Water System Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure continuous availability and efficient operation of all production and utility systems.
- Manage departmental organization, staff selection, and coordination with HR for related matters.
- Oversee vendor and contractor selection, evaluation, and control.
- Lead utility and water system projects from planning to execution and supervision.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and GMP standards.
- Monitor and optimize maintenance processes for improved operational efficiency.
- Develop cost-effective resource utilization strategies.
- Conduct staff training and ensure alignment with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with section heads for performance and process reviews.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or B.Tech.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in utilities and water system management, preferably in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing setup.
