FIELD TRAINING MANAGERS
Opportunity for candidates aspiring to build their professional career in training function by contributing to the excellence of ATCO Laboratories Sales Force.
ABOUT THE JOB:
- To establish, support and execute Sales Training Department initiatives & activities.
- To provide on-the-job field coaching to Reps / DSM and issue coaching reports.
- To ensure monthly achievement of training KPIs along with other training assignments.
- To conduct post-training evaluation for continuous improvement.
- To promote & deliver ATCO values and competencies and exhibit high ethical standards.

- Karachi
- Rawalpindi
- Lahore
- Peshawer
- Multan
- Faisalabad
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:
- B. Pharmacy / Pharm-D
- A minimum of 3 – 5 years of Sales experience in reputed pharmaceutical corporates (Preferably MNCs).

- Analytical & Coaching Skills
