Eligibility:
- Minimum Bachelors preferably Master’s degree from HEC recognised institute
- At least 2-3 years experience in the banking/service industry preferably in customer experience, service quality, or priority banking
Job description:
- Serve customers promptly, through proactive customer engagement and efficient service management
- Guide clients on priority banking services to drive cross-selling and strengthen relationships
- Ensure a welcoming and spotless branch ambiance at all times
- Ensure smooth end-to-end execution of service requests in line with the respective turnaround time
Location: Multiple locations across Pakistan
