Apna Microfinance Bank Limited is the fastest growing Microfinance Bank of Pakistan. We are hiring young, talented and energetic professionals for the following positions.
AREA MANAGER
Dynamic and result oriented professional required. Candidates must have knowledge of Banking Operations, Credits, Compliance and Leadership Qualities with experience in Sales, Marketing & Business Development. Preference will be given to the candidate having experience of Microfinance Institutes. Eligibility: Graduation from H.E.C recognized institution. Minimum 8 years of Banking experience with at least 3 years as Area Manager in commercial or Microfinance Bank. Having IBP Diploma will be an added advantage.
Locations: Hyderabad Area
BRANCH MANAGER
This position primarily responsible to achieve targets of business within define time and budget. Responsible for customer services, increasing in Advances, deposit base and profit of the branch as per the defined targets. Well equipped with latest knowledge of Branch Banking Operations and KYC/AML/CFT regulations and related guidelines. Eligibility: Minimum graduate from H.E.C recognized institution and Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience with at least 2 years at similar position in Commercial and Microfinance Bank preferably. Having IBP Diploma will be an added advantage.
Locations: Punjab and Interior Sindh.
OPERATION MANAGER
This position requires the ability to manage all operations at branch, needs good interpersonal & communication skill. Must be conversant with banking prudential regulations and ensure compliance with Bank’s policies and procedures. Eligibility: Must be graduate from H.E.C recognized institution and Minimum 3 years of experience with at least 2 years at similar position in Commercial and Microfinance Bank. Having IBP Diploma will be an added advantage.
Locations: Punjab, Interior Sindh and Peshawar.
