Qualification: Masters Degree or Equivalent
Experience: 05 year of experience in the relevant field.
Job Requirements:
- Develop an operational plan which incorporates goals and objectives that work towards the strategic direction of the organization
- Ensure that the operations of the organization meet the expectations of its donors, Board and beneficiaries
- Interacting with project staff periodically to check their progress and necessary requirements
- Preparation of periodic reports (progress, financial, budget etc.) for management
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
