Qualification: Masters Degree or Equivalent
Experience: 05 year of experience in the relevant field.

Job Requirements:

Develop an operational plan which incorporates goals and objectives that work towards the strategic direction of the organization
Ensure that the operations of the organization meet the expectations of its donors, Board and beneficiaries
Interacting with project staff periodically to check their progress and necessary requirements
Preparation of periodic reports (progress, financial, budget etc.) for management
Outstanding interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
