We’re Hiring: Senior Technical Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed technical sketches and specifications for products, including dimension and specifications.
• Document precise measurement, construction method and assembly instructions to support production and compliance.
• Collaborate with designers, manufacturers, and supply chain teams to ensure product alignment with the original design vision.
• Adapt patterns across various sizes while maintaining consistency and precision.
• Revise and update tech packs based on design feedback and development changes.
• Cross-check product samples to ensure technical accuracy and support the final approval process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in technical design, preferably in fashion or apparel manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience using digital tech pack tools
• Understanding of quality and production processes
• Worked with vendors on sample development
