Al Razzaq Fibres (Pvt.) Ltd – Saya is seeking a creative and skilled 𝗧𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗿 (𝗝𝗮𝗰𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗱) to join us at the Head Office in Karachi. The ideal candidate should have a strong aesthetic sense, technical understanding of jacquard weaving, and experience in creating innovative textile designs tailored for the fashion and apparel industry.

𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design or a related field from a recognized institute.
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in jacquard design within the textile or fashion industry.

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:-

Develop innovative jacquard fabric designs in line with seasonal themes and brand direction.
Create detailed design layouts and color separations for jacquard looms.
Collaborate closely with product development, merchandising, and weaving teams for sampling and production coordination.
Ensure design feasibility in terms of loom limitations and production efficiency.
Maintain trend awareness by researching new patterns, color trends, and fabric textures.
Prepare presentation boards, mood boards, and technical sheets for internal and client reviews.
Monitor the sampling process and ensure accurate translation of digital designs into woven fabrics.
Maintain design archives and documentation.
