Al Razzaq Fibres (Pvt.) Ltd โ Saya is seeking a creative and skilled ๐ง๐ฒ๐ ๐๐ถ๐น๐ฒ ๐๐ฒ๐๐ถ๐ด๐ป๐ฒ๐ฟ (๐๐ฎ๐ฐ๐พ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฑ) to join us at the Head Office in Karachi. The ideal candidate should have a strong aesthetic sense, technical understanding of jacquard weaving, and experience in creating innovative textile designs tailored for the fashion and apparel industry.
๐๐ฑ๐๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป:- Bachelorโs degree in Textile Design or a related field from a recognized institute.

๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ:- Minimum 1โ2 years of relevant experience in jacquard design within the textile or fashion industry.
๐๐ผ๐ฏ ๐๐ฒ๐๐ฐ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฝ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป:-
- Develop innovative jacquard fabric designs in line with seasonal themes and brand direction.
- Create detailed design layouts and color separations for jacquard looms.
- Collaborate closely with product development, merchandising, and weaving teams for sampling and production coordination.
- Ensure design feasibility in terms of loom limitations and production efficiency.
- Maintain trend awareness by researching new patterns, color trends, and fabric textures.
- Prepare presentation boards, mood boards, and technical sheets for internal and client reviews.
- Monitor the sampling process and ensure accurate translation of digital designs into woven fabrics.
- Maintain design archives and documentation.
