Education: Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a stitching warehouse or similar industry.

Job Description:-

• Coordinate and monitor stitching operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of orders.
• Reconcile the styles hand to hand.
• Supervise a team of stitching operators, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure all products meet company standards.
• Work closely with other departments, such as production planning and quality assurance, to optimize processes and ensure efficiency.
• Train new employees on stitching techniques and safety procedures.
• Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the stitching process.
• Maintain inventory records and order necessary supplies to support production needs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the stitching department.
