We’re Hiring: Customer Experience Executive
Location : Dolmen Mall, Karachi
We are seeking a customer-oriented professional who can enhance the retail experience and ensure smooth store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and understand their needs.
Guide customers through product features, offers, and services.
Handle queries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
Maintain visual merchandising and overall store cleanliness.
Collect customer feedback and share insights with the management team.
Support store operations, stock arrangement, and daily reporting.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
1–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, or sales (electronics/telecom preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Tech-savvy with knowledge of smartphones and smart gadgets.
Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
