REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick, effective decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, as needed and outstation if required.
- MS Office conversant
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, implement and maintain Aircraft Operator Security Programme (AOSP) in airblue
- Develop & conduct Aviation Security Training as per Annex 17, for concerned departments
- Conduct Security Audits & Spot Checks of concerned departments and service providers
- Conduct investigation of security occurrences & incidents and identify non-compliance with corrective actions
- Liaison with airblue Stations Managers, Airport Security Committees of PAA and Security Directorate of PCAA on routine basis
- Travel to domestic & international stations for trainings & audits (30%)
- Candidate with Aviation Security certification from PCAA, ICAO or IATA will be preferred
