Toyota Indus Motor Company Ltd Jobs Management Trainee Legal: We are Hiring for the Position of Management Trainee – Legal.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with legal matters including the planning, organizing, and managing of work activities assigned.
- Vet draft responses to legal notices received from external counsel.
- Vet draft written statements/Para-wise comments/applications etc. received from external counsel for courts related documents in litigious matters.
- Coordinate and liaise with department peers on projects/assignments and ensure smooth/timely delivery of legal advice/input.
- Assist senior legal manager in reviewing/drafting various Agreements, MOUs, Service Agreements, Lease Agreements, Contractual Employment Agreements, Supply/Vendor Agreements, NDAs, Bank Guarantees, Addendums, LOIs, Undertakings, Affidavits and other documents received mainly from Marketing, Procurement, Sales, HR/Admin (sensitive docs. like suspension/termination letters etc.) and Administration department.
- Research on all legal matters and draft legal research memos for senior legal managers.
