Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise day to day operations of the administrative department and staff members
- Responsible to develop, review and improve administrative systems, policies and procedures.
- Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and equipment are working and properly and well maintained.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and keep price data in order to get best pricing on supplies and services
- Create a channel of communication with operations to ensure that all the information is available with HR precisely.
- Ensure that contract renewals are done in a timely manner.
- Comply with all existing governmental and labor legal and government reporting requirements and maintain minimal company exposure to lawsuits;
- Ensure that administrative office procedures and established standards are adhered to and maintained in all aspects of work.
Job Requirements: Must demonstrate a deep understanding of the laws and legislations
Experience: 03-04 years
Qualification: At least Bachelors
