Job Title: Senior Relationship Manger-SME

Minimum Education: Graduate (preference MBA)

Minimum Requirement:

6 years of experience in SME Assets Lending (preferably SME)
Proven track record with demonstrated ability to generate new business
Excellent understanding of Trade and Credits
Strong communication and inter-personal skills

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing of fresh SME portfolio and trade business as per assigned targets
Preparation of Credit Proposals
Acquisition of new relationships to grow portfolio within the target market and ensure that existing portfolio is properly managed
Proactively work with Credit Risk and Product teams

5 years of experience in similar role/environmental advisory/ environmental project management
Excellent understanding of National and International Environmental Regulatory Framework
Strong analytical and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in development and implementation of the Bank’s Green Banking Policy and Environmental Risk Assessment Framework in line with regulatory framework
Ensure that Environmental Risk management and monitoring is incorporated in Bank’s Risk Management policy
Participate in development of the Bank’s Green Banking strategy
Liaise with concerned stakeholders for Own-Impact Assessments and process re-engineering
Identifying Green Markets and financing opportunities
